Cancellation Policy

1. General Booking Guidelines Advance Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance to allow us to prepare adequately and ensure the best experience for you. Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. 2. Payment Terms Payment Upon Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and ensures we can allocate the necessary resources. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe. Payment details are securely processed through our booking system. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be fully refunded. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not canceled in advance, you will be charged the full amount of the booking. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours in advance without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made after this period may be subject to a fee. 4. Late Arrival Grace Period: We offer a 9-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this time, your appointment will proceed as scheduled, but it may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Excessive Lateness: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply. 5. Special Requests Custom Requests: If you have any special requirements or requests, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Group Bookings: For group bookings or special events, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and receive a customized quote. 6. Refund Policy Refunds: Refunds are only provided for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy. All other sales are final. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
